We believe our amazing staff is the key to continuing to fulfill our vision of making our space a premier agritainment destination. As a family farm, the quality and care put into every aspect of what we do is at the heart of our company and we strive to work with like-minded individuals. Our business is open every day but we are much busier on the weekends, so weekend availability is a must. Applicants must also have reliable transportation to and from work. Retail Stand/Cashier positions will get the chance to greet customers as they enter the farm, and help guide them through our farm's processes. Ground maintenance workers will be expected to assist in day-to-day upkeep activities and parking duties to help maintain the property and flow of operations. All positions require some sort of physical and interactive activities that include (but is not limited to) lifting up to 25lb, the ability to climb in and out of vehicles and trailers, as well as extended periods of standing, walking and talking with customers.
We have two periods of hiring: The spring and the fall. In the spring, before strawberry season, we have our largest hire with positions starting late-May/early-June. In the fall before school is back in session, we have another period of hiring with positions starting as soon as the applicant is available. We do consider applications all season long.
